1 Glass of Orange (2 oranges)

1/2 Glass of Lemon Juice (1 Lemon)

1 Peeled Carrot – Gardeners' Favorite Vitamin A Rich Vegetable.

3 Dates – Full of Fiber and Potassium.

1 tsp of Chia seed- Potent in Omega 3, Fiber, and a Plant-Based protein.

1/2 tsp of Cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of Grated Ginger - For Digestion.

1/2 tbsp of Coconut oil - Aids the Absorption of Vitamin C.

25mg of Prehemptive Best Full Spectrum Hemp CBD

6-8 oz of Kefir Yogurt – Plain Kefir

1/2 tsp Vanilla (Optional)

1 Banana for Potassium (Optional)

1 Strawberry (For The Instagram Photo ;-)

Add Granola for the crunch

1 cup of Ice Cubes

If you want the same Shia seeds consistency, place your blended smoothie in the fridge for an hour or until desired consistency.
