Smoothies are an excellent way to take your daily dose of CBD. Blend the following ingredients, and you'll see what we mean.
(Servings 2)
1 cup of watermelon diced
1 cup of strawberries (you can also use raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries, or do 1/3 cup each)
One frozen banana (make sure to use frozen bananas for extra creaminess)
2 cups coconut water or mineral water
1 tsp lemon juice
One mint or basil leaf
5 to 10 ml of Prehemptive full spectrum Hemp CBD oil.
1/2 cup of Ice
